Placing an order
An order placed with speed-r either by phone, fax or email constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on speed-r Motor Sport Ltd.
We ONLY accept personal cheque and paypal at the moment.
The orders have to be prepaid for either uk or international orders, unless for body kits, you will have to pay 50%deposit of the purchaser price standing at the time of the order. Personal cheques have to clear first before goods will be shipped out. This deposit is non refundable.
Speed-r is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.
Due to the nature of the fiberglass components customer understands that all aero-parts may need modifications for correct fitment and require some preparation work before painting.

Canceling an order
Provided the order has not ship, canceling an order with speed-r is very easy. Call us your order will be considered valid with speed-r and terms and conditions under "Return & Exchange" will apply.

Some of the images shown on this site may not be the image for your specific vehicle. They are used for reference purposes only.
Performance parts CANNOT be returned because of the image not matching.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
None of the body kit can be returns or exchange. No refund will be given if you are canceling your order after you have paid 50% deposit.
All authorized return merchandise must be unused and its original saleable packaging. All packaging, documentation, warrant cards, instructions and hardware must also be retuned.
Your invoice and/or packing slip must also be returned.
All returns must be prepaid; no collect shipments will be accepted.
No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified or painted, and light bulbs, electrical items or special order items.
No return on shipping charges.

Typographical Errors
In the event of an incorrect price listed on speed-r due to typographical error. Speed-r shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Speed-r shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Damaged Shipments
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition open it immediately and heck for hidden damages.
